Leader’s Score Cards Of Integrity
How much integrity can we expect from someone who represents us in the U.S. Government? How much integrity is needed to create an honest government that represents the people well?
With a Congressional approval rating that averages only 14 percent, it is clear that integrity is lacking. Other than a wholesale replacement of Congress and other government officials, our options are limited.
We can create an online means to gage integrity in our leaders, and to expose them when they lie to us or behave deceitfully. We can track the speech and actions of our leaders and compile the results in digital scorecards, available to everyone. We can show:
- When they lied;
- What the actual truth is;
- When they were notified of the lie;
- If and when they made a public statement correcting themselves;
- Who donated money to put them in office;
- How they have voted on the issues;
- And more…
With 435 people in the U.S. Congress, 100 U.S. Senators, Hundreds of powerful business leaders, and hundreds of National Media personalities, it is difficult to know who is acting with integrity and who is acting with greed and self interest. But these score cards can provide a solution. We intend to create Score Cards to report the level of veracity of all these people. Then the American public will be able to judge how to vote, which companies products they should purchase, and which media sources should get their attention. Nobody will look at all the scorecards, just the ones that effect them.
